Although globalization has made the world seem smaller and "flat" in many ways, organizations have long acknowledged the cultural differences inherent in global economic practice, making the world "not so flat" after all.

Taking advantage of this knowledge, there is a rapidly changing approach to business communications and different target markets as leaders are increasingly exposed to a world that is interdependent. This event will address and share best practices on leveraging ones cultural heritage in the development of global leadership, products and services.

The symposium will include a panel discussion with established market leaders and their distinctive global leadership styles. These leaders have proven to leverage their heritage to inspire and develop markets and innovative products. This event also provides a unique opportunity for an interactive cross-cultural dialogue among participants that will highlight their own contributions and their potential to influence positive change.
